Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send you a confirmation of dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order, and will refund you in full if we do.

We make every effort to describe products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery or other content on this site are free of errors. Colours may vary between screens.

Pricing

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price.

Product use

TUCK products are consumer accessories. They are not personal protective equipment and are not certified hearing protection. You are responsible for using them lawfully and safely, including complying with any local laws that restrict the use of earphones while riding or driving.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the TUCK name, logo, text and imagery, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
